Unpacked, did some laundry.. and before i knew it, i was off to kaunas (2nd Feb) via ryanair. The tics only cost me 2Kr! virtually another free trip! This time, i went with 5 other Singaopreans, 2 italians and a canadian. We shared a huge apartment that had a kitchen(with stove, oven, utensils and all.. n a small tv too!), 3 rooms that had 8 beds, a toilet (with a bathtub) and a living room. 9 guys living under the same roof for 2 nights??? its was hell n crazy.. we did mess up the place quite a bit.. haha. Kaunas was peaceful.. did not have much. The people were like staring at 6 Asians walking down the shopping district. I think we broke the Kaunas record for having the most Singaporeans walking on their street at any one time! cool.. nevertheless, the Lithuanians were super friendly people.. some tried their best to come up to us and talk to us in their imperfect English.. but it was nice of them. Food was good n relatively cheap! Here are the pics:
